Hacking GC Multi-ISO games on Dual Layer disk?

Regular Multi-ISO GC games work well, but I have yet to get a dual layer disk multi-iso to work. Is this a possibility? I have 249-v14 on my Wii, and as I understand it breaks DL compatibility?

It only breaks DL compatibility for things that use CIOS, such as backup Wii games. Shouldn't affect GC games, which run on MIOS (or cMIOS).

On the other hand, I don't think that GC ever had any sort of support for dual-layer.

thats awesome because you can fit a crap load of games on a DL. too bad compat is spotty at best. hope someone updates this in the future although unlikely

Just want to report that in my (limited) testing, DL discs work - actually, my single-layer discs would always claim that there was no disc found, but my DVD+R-DL discs work fine. Perhaps your DL discs are a bad batch?

Hmmm, should I install all the versions of mios (v4 and v5 and v8)?
