Hardware GC Lunix on Wii Help

Well I am halfway through Cave Story which is great but I started wondering if it was possible to run the Linux version of the game on the gamecube Linux mode. Is it possible i mean to me the game doesn't look like a graphical powerhouse I think the Wii can handle it.
