GBATemps Copyright?

Just noticed that on the bottom of the GBATemp Forum (Main page) it states GBATemp Copyroght for 2007? Shouldnt this be updated to like.... 2010? or am i missing something, cause it would appear that things on this site arnt copyrighted in that case....

Content is still under copyright decades after the published year.
Even though it is a minor error, an update to it wouldn't hurt.

2007 is likely the year that the v3 mascot skin was made....

GBAtemp being copyrighted doesn't really fit with the spirit and purpose of the site.
