"Fennec" is considered a typo. Considering it's not a brand name, and it's a real species of animal, I find it kinda weird it's considered a typo here.

Any other incorrect typo reports you all have found here? Brand names don't count, as those can be made up words by the creator. They gotta be real words.

Apparently I am not a typo (Thank god, I'm not sure my mind or body could take it), but "Felidae" is considered one, and it's a legitimate and generic term for feline species encompassing most of the species IIRC.

Also a brand name of cat food.

Cool, "awesome" isn't considered a typo, so I'm good.

    Did not know that.

So if said literally, it would mean "Feline Brand Cat Food" or "Cat Brand Cat Food"

Gawd, thats almost as bad as my Cat Curry typo....does anyone remember that

Ubuntu is also a typo, but not for the reasons one might think.

See this Wiki Article for explaination: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ubuntu_%28philosophy%29

Ubuntu (Zulu/Xhosa pronunciation: [ù?únt?ú]; English: /??b?ntu?/ uu-buun-too) is an ethic or humanist philosophy focusing on people's allegiances and relations with each other. The word has its origin in the Bantu languages of southern Africa. Ubuntu is seen as a classical African concept. Henceforth it is a real word, and is in use in some countries.

It's not just the name of a Linux Distribution.

    *Yawns*

Anyway, I'm sure I'll find more tomorrow. I gotta get some sleep now.

It's not a typo, it's just not in the dictionary. There's a difference.

I meant not in the Firefox dictionary; I know Fennec is a word.

Not to mention a made up word.
These are all "typoes" on GBATemp, but are real words, not brand names:

EDIT: Easier to type this website:
    http://users.tinyonline.co.uk/gswithenbank/unuwords.htm
    Almost anything on that site.

More like an amalgam of a real word and a name. [IMG]
