Previously, there has been plenty of controversy over flashcart scoring, with many heated debates over the DS-X scoring and more recently, the score given to the CycloDS. Many opinions have been aired so far, and I think I have represented healthy sample in this poll. I thought it might be interesting to quantify these opinions - please vote and comment!

CycloEvo is the only card which fulfills its promises such as 100% download play. I think it should recieve more points for that. Also the G6Real doesnt fulfill its promises has problems, and i think it should be lower.

DS-X is too overrated.

Please fix the scores

Leave it the way it is, those are just flashcart fanboys that don't want to accept they bought a bad cart because they were impatient.

It would be really nice if a detailed analysis of the score was given with scores out of 10 for individual things like
Hardware quality
ROM Compatibility
Download Play Compatibility
Promised features
Support (updated every 4 months or so)
And so on...

Remember this:
- we are already in the process of updating the reviews
- we are currently trying to think of a new scoring system

we already said this a thousand times
also the DSx score was removed weeks ago...

Who gives a flying monkey in a bean tin what that little number at the end of a review is? I mean seriously, who in here can say they brought one cart over another because it's score was 0.5 higher? The numbers are meaningless, they're relative but when different people are scoring and as newer products come out they're never going to be accurate anyway.

The complainers need to find something better to do with their time. Kicking up a fuss over a tiny meaningless number is beyond pathetic. (especially when the CycloDS hasn't been out long enough for any of you to know what it's *really* like yet anyway)

I think it would be fair to have a topic where all the carts are placed in order of preference, with new additions being added when necessary. That should eliminate factors such as better carts being released at a later point that may affect an old review's score.

Why not have it like Gamespot.com reviewer section. The reviewers score and the viewers score. Everyone has an opinion. Everyone at GBAtemp.com, please keep up the very good work :-)

  • x65943 @ x65943:
If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction

    Just kiss me Kyle.
  • x65943 @ x65943:
You either need to be intubated to bypass obstruction or create a stoma inferior to the the area of obstruction to survive

"Just kiss me Kyle." And I thought all the godreborn gay stuff was a smear campaign
