We've voted for our favorite PlayStation game, Persona 5, and now we'll be voting for the best 2017 has to offer on the PC platform. From huge games in early access, to small indie sleeper hits, PC has much to offer, so let's see what GBAtemp's favorite computer game was this year!

To be honest, Cuphead is the only game on the list I've played (on a friend's laptop, really).

That being said, from what I've played of it, I think it's a solid run-n-gun game, with nice controls, interesting boss patterns, and smooth-ass animations. So it gets my vote.

A really tough call here. I haven't played anything on the list but I've got quite some on my want list:
-cuphead for its unique style
-nier automata... I'm just interested in both the story and gameplay, which is quite rare for an AAA title as far as I'm concerned
-Divinity original sin 2... i don't like rpg's much but this is top of the line as far as I've heard
-Edith finch: because i like visual novels
-hollow knight: because clones of Metroid/shovel Knight can't be bad
-doki doki literature club: probably shouldn't be on this list but is the first game I'll actually play. Admitted: because it's free. But also that steam voters put that (next to pony island) as a game that defies description
-West of loathing: it's been years but kingdom of loathing was hilarious

I always think it'd make more sense to not include multi platform titles that were in another voting before. Nier Automata leads at the moment and it was also in the PS4 voting.

So many multiplat games.
I'd say it's the opposite: it's now easier than ever to get your game on a console, so why wouldn't you release it on consoles as well?
Besides... I got curious and googled a few lists of pc exclusive games for 2017: it's all rts'es, fps'es and simulators. Basically: the mouse is keeping the pc market alive at this point.

Pretty much yeh.
Steam also contributes with sales n what not.
Cheaper games and a gigantic selection of indie games is what is keeping PC gaming alive.
And well, the elitists that spend thousands on gaming rigs.

For me, a simple console will do everything.
I can't be arsed to sit behind a desk like a anti-social hermit all day long.
Console + telly works perfectly.
Especially with friends over.
