I just discovered GBAATM and am curious where I can find VBA or GSSP cheat files (for individual games). Also are there programs like this for Genesis and standard gameboy games? Thanks.

http://cheats.gbatemp.net/GBA/ has a bunch for GBA. It it perhaps not quite as polished as the likes of the DS cheat database but still very good and you will be hard pressed to find a better one. Do have a look though as some cheats get posted for various games all the time.

As for older consoles Cracker did a tool for game genie codes (they are patches to roms after all) but not for AR style codes (these have a micro cheat engine added to the games to work and that takes a fair bit of work to get going initially not to mention lack of resources on these old consoles) called CCCGP.

There are however quite a few trainers for these older consoles http://www.pocketheaven.com/ph/bubbz/?syst...p;section=patch and if you wanted you might well be able to patch some cheats into games in the style of some of the early non scene DS trainers (find and hijack opcodes responsible for the memory locations in the cheats).
