Hi Guys,

I got a hold of this set of GBA walkie talkies and am trying to find any information about them.
(Sakar Item #: 17075)
There is absolutely NOTHING on the Internet that I can find.
Please let me know if you have ever seen this product.
I've attached a pic for you.

Thanks,
Steve

How does it work with a f*cking Gameboy Advance?
There is no cartridge or GBA cable.
I don't know what it is, sorry!

EDIT: Sound like a knock-off product with the name "Gameboy Advance" written on it but have nothing to do with it, am I right?

Hi,
It's a poor man's way of communicating between 2 people, using CB channels.
I guess it can be used for any game at all.
It looks like a glorified walkie talkie, complete with the earphones and belt clips.
I don't want to open it and lose it's value.
Thanks,
Steve

If the product isn't "official", it's normal you didn't find anything about it.
I searched the product code (like you, haha) but didn't find anything.
Good luck anyway, but I don't think they have a lot of value.

I agree.
But the fact is that I can't find a single thing about them, even from Sakar thyemselves.
I'm hoping that makes it quite unique.

Here's another pic.

We did see the occasional product that slotted into a GBA slot and drew power from it, but otherwise did not interact. I wondered at first if this was something like that.

Appears instead that it is a knockoff just trying for some name recognition as others said, if nothing else the stamp is usually in gold and white or gold and black for some really old stuff.

I found this same thing today, but in red color (also unopened). From my research, they likely are an endorsed product. I looked up the company Sakar and they make lots of walkie talkies and headphones and have licenses with many major companies. These were not made to interact with the Game Boy Advance game system at all. They were just a walkie talkie set that operates on its own. I will say after looking at their current branded products, their packaging designs have improved greatly since this ©2002 set! :D
