Not exactly the answer you're looking for probably, but I have no problem using the M3 Manager on my NDS M3, on Windows 8. It was a slot 2 flash card, so the GBA portion still works for GBA games, even without using the passthrough.

I have no idea for other ones. I still have an old EZFlash Advance as well, but most computers don't have a parallel port to use anymore. Maybe if I used a USB adapter to convert it first, and then maybe using VMWare to emulate a small WinXP partition or something...

Easily one of the best GBA flashcarts, and now the only one you can get a hold of. Now that it uses MicroSD and supports SDHC too it has gotten even better.

3DSGamerWorld has them in stock, and is in their US warehouse.
I just bought one and am waiting for it to arrive (hopefully soon).

I doubt Win7 is the actual problem. Some motherboards or chipsets just don't play well with certain usb flashcarts, apparently. Mine (which I think is similar to yours) works on some systems but not others, but comparing the systems there was no correlation between running and which version of Win.

oh well, I ordered it over a week ago, so it shouldn't take too much longer to get here.
