Hacking gba saves on m3 real

ok so every gba game ive tried doesnt save... i have saved than gone into gba menu and it says processing than i go back into the game and my save is gone, i have even saved than gone to gba menu, tried another game and still nothing. i have seen people say to recharge the gba expansion pack? i dont have a charger... or i dont know how to charge? any help would be great!

Just leave the GBA expansion in the slot-2 then charge your nds while it's On.

its always in slot 2 every time i charge when its on or off..

Leave it charging for a while see if it'll work.
