I just got my EZ-Flash, and I started using it with GBAExploader with my R4. Is there any way to trim GBA ROMs like you can with NDS ROMs? Will they still be compatible with GBAExploader? What utility would I use for this? Thanks.

EDIT: I was also wondering about the 16MB limit for games to be run in the PSRAM. Does it work with a game that's exactly 16MB, or does it have to be less? And if it has to be less, would a 16MB game that has been trimmed work?

EDIT2: Well, it seems as though games up to 16MB work. Does it just save the game into a different part of SRAM from the game that's loaded into the Flash?

32MB games and higher require loading into NOR.

Rom trimmers can be found in the download section.

16MB is the limit for PSRAM, unless you found a way to defy the laws of phyics.

Yeah, I figured the size limit out. I had just read something that said, "ROMs less than 16MB can be loaded into the PSRAM", so I wasn't sure if it needed space for the save. Where does it save it, OOC? Does it split the SRAM that has a battery backup into two sections?

And is GBATA the best for ROM trimming...?
