    I have an AGB that is acting a little funny - it won't always read games the first try. The carts fit nice and tight, but I have to fiddle with them to get everything to work. When they don't read, I get a blank screen, or I get a boot screen with a garbled Nintendo logo.

    It's not the carts - I can put the same carts in my AGS and they work fine every time.

    What can I do?

    What's a AGS? And you could always clean the Gameboy contacts with rubbing alcohol. I recommend the 99% stuff for any sort of electronics, as the 70% (more common and cheaper) doesn't do as good of job.

    AGS = GBA SP

    I keep game contacts clean with 99%, but I can't find a good way to clean the contacts inside the GBA. Any suggestions?

    ~edit~ Just bought a Game Boy cleaning kit on eBay. Hopefully it's just dirty contacts and this will help :)
