Hacking GBA No-Intro Roms

Hello all, new to the scene

I have recently ordered the M3 DS Real perfect bundle. I'm planning on also playing GBA games on my DS. I have a few questions:

1. Many of my GBA roms are no-intro. Will they still work just as well as those that do have intros?
2. I also plan on trimming both my NDS and GBA roms before flashing them with NDSTokyoTrimmer. As I understand, trimming is pretty common place and will not effect the roms from playing, correct?

1. Don't see why they wouldn't (unless you did something wrong while removing it)
2. In most cases, trimming will not do anything. Trimmers programmed these days use safe methods of trimming so no data will be lost from the ROM itself.

Thanks a lot 4saken. I did not remove the intros myself, they were already removed from the versions I found.
