I have both a m3 simply and m3 mini sd and I use them for alot of homebrew. I have alot of nds homebrew but none for the gba. I have been told to try some gba stuff but I would like to know the best games and apps.
Thanks in advance.

The DS has video, images and audio far nicer than the GBA so I will dodge that one (I think the only thing the GBA might have over the DS is a mod player but I never really messed with that format).

The GBA has a whole bunch of emulators that are far more polished than their DS counterparts: pocketnes and HVCA arguably surpass nesDS.

Goomba and goomba color are the best way to play GBÂ games on the DS as well.

Eilte was remade for the GBA:

There are a whole bunch of other games and apps:

Why does everyone seem to prefer pocketNES to nesDS? Aside from quicksave support, how is it better?
The GBA's screen is too small to play NES games, IMHO. They kinda look like crap.

Oh, to answer your question:
"Another World", reportedly one of the best DOS games ever made, has a GBA port: http://www.foxysofts.com/index.php?l=content/gba/anworld.inc
Results for the GBAX 2004 competition: http://www.gbax.com/GBAX2004.html
Results from the 2004Mbit GBADev Contest: http://gbadev.org/index.php?showinfo=1272 (2004 was a good year for homebrew, apparently

I'll post more games/apps as soon as I (re)discover them. (I'm in the same situation as you.

The Last Seal is an old-school point-and-click adventure game (conversations, inventory, using items, combining items, "look, open, use, talk to"... the works)... on the GBA

.

I played it through, and it looks very good, and it's fun. I couldn't believe something like this this was possible on a GBA, and as homebrew even. Play it. Go on. Do.
