The mighty Urza would never have been too busy to post news for a week or two. He was a god among magazine staffers.

Just to point it out, there are three of you now. I imagine one of you might be able to take 30 seconds out of your day to post the news story (especially such a well-known app like GBA ExpLoader).

Its not so much that I'm trying to demean you, just disappointed that GBAtemp's homebrew coverage is slowly regressing to what it was before I took charge of it.

Is this still incompatible with the 128k version of the EEP? I'm out of the loop.

I actually sent these news to one of the mods (can't remember which one), but for some reason it didn't get posted.

It looks like the 128KB carts are supported now. The full 128KB is used for the save data, and a small file named "EXP128K.dat" is placed in the sign folder to keep track of which game the save goes with.

By the way, if your not interested in having multiple save files for your GBA games, I suggest turning that feature off in the config. It makes using GBA Exploder less of a hassle and a chore to use by removing quote a few of those Save Type screens when you add, remove or Backup a game to and from the Slot 2 device.

The time stamp fix may be important, as it may prevent memory card corruption from bad time stamps (I'm not sure about this; some translation sites mention corruption in the changelog, others don't).

There were bugs in the previous versions that caused some games using EEP roms and other save types as well as certain games with some quirks to not work correctly, now they do.

Nice one, I never even noticed it. Do you know if it was only if you were letting ExpLoader patch the games or did it do it on pre-patched games as well?

Good, I'm glad it works now. The standard EEP loader is kinda boring.

can anyone tell me how this saves a game and how to switch games and saves I just don't get this app when it comes to saving.

also can anyone tell My what's the diff between PSRAM and NOR ?

both load my games fine, except every time I save in the game and load the game back it starts a new game again cos it didn't save. [IMG]
