I've got the comic-manga thing of this on my shelf, really cheesy

OMG.

Must've taken forever to dump, if the title screen is any indication.

I believe this is only like the 6th Korean GBA game with a scene release (at least if Pocketheaven's list is accurate).

No first-party titles ever were released there to my knowledge, as Nintendo didn't have a division of their own in Korea until around 2006.
