There's no real point in debating this further. Any 'evidence' put forth now has an equal chance of being true as it does fabricated. An NFO (which can be made in less than 2 minutes), a few timestamps (which can be rigged; curiously, the timestamp for the rom itself is sometime in July 2006), and a pre message from what you're claiming is an elite private fileserver/topsite/whathaveyou proves little to nothing.

Public accessibility is key. Uploading and spreading is key.

The debate is over. Romsites have nearly universally chosen Sir VG's accessible, available release over OMGba's elitist-only hoarded (assuming existent period) release. It's time to get over it, learn from one's mistakes, and move on. It's pointless to fight over a crappy movie licensed game like Shrek 3.

Exactly, who cares who dumped it except the dumpers themselves, and then only for oneupmanship ( must be a real word....). As long as it plays and is a good dump thats all that matters... If the dumpers really want some credit, make a game or app and put your name to it..... omgba was first and sirvg release isnt even technically released at all. if you are going to follow scene standards and act like you are a group then familarize yourself with sites and preing or dont bother at all as this will happen all the time

also opcode32 obviously isnt making anything up, and dont try to create drama over who helps SirVG since who gives a fuck, you dont release anything worthwhile anyway

i don't know why you always bring up the 'scene' bullshit all the time and i dont know how you get the impression i would care about it. or care about how less you care about it. someone asked for proof so i posted that. you can interpret as much elitism, egoism whatever into that, but at the end of the day i just posted some proof.
