Are there any Flash Cartridges for Gameboy Color? Where I can buy one? What's the best one (SD/Mini/Micro Support).

There were some GBx flash carts, I personally use a F2A 128/256Mbit cart with a GB Bridge, that works fine.
Not sure where you can buy GBx flash carts anymore.
They have built in memory, none of them support external memory.

im using lameboy to play gbc games on my ds and it works rather nice. There arent many gbc games that are worth playing tho. The only ones i know worthwhile are the two zelda's oracle of ages and seasons

I did forget the pokemon titles but you might have noticed that most titles have 3 or less votes. Leaving only about 10 interesting titles and about 20 titles that might be interesting.

Well its just a matter of taste and thx for hint i now have a few games to try.
