Hacking GB Bridge + F2A - not saving games

I have a GB Bridge, which allows me to use my F2A flash cartridges to play Gameboy/Gameboy Color games on my GBA SP. For some reason, it doesn't seem to save games such as Zelda DX.

Anyone know what I can do?
