Someone gave me the link to this on Skype. It looks legit to me, but I wouldn't know since I'm not a Gateway peasant. Since it's a private file, there might be brick code or something in it, so don't come crying to me if you ruin your 3DS or something.

(Link removed since posting the Gateway payload is not allowed or something, it'll probably be on that ISO site now. Derp.)
