Hacking Gateway 3DS working on the New Nintendo 3DS.

Hi all.

New here, just got something to point out. I've been looking through http://imgur.com/a/RWhcH#15 at all the emails so far received from Gateway regarding the update. Two responses stuck out immediately. The first is the "by the end of the week" response many were receiving on Jan 1st. People assumed this would mean by the end of Friday/Sat/Sun. Obviously not. Therefore, the only remaining outcome is they meant the end of that 7 day period - which would be Wednesday 7th.

Now, the next copy-pasted response Gateway issued to many people was on the 3rd Jan in which they stated "within 2-3 days". The 3rd day would bring it to Wednesday 7th.

Now, Wednesday 7th would be before the 8th Jan (they stated it would be released by this date in an email).

Think about it.

Are you saying Gateway has a release date? You must be insane.

Bravely Default untrimmed is over 4 GB.

And it's almost a guarantee the next generation of N3DS exclusive games will be 6GB+, such as Xenoblade.

I have 2 sandisk cards and they work fine.
One is an 32gb Ultra microSD and another is 64GB Extreme PLUS micro SD (damn, dem write speed XD)

I am saying they would have a projected target release date for their work, yes. They obviously haven't made it fully public, but they clearly have one. I'm just making an educated guess that it's Wednesday 7th.

Tiger Direct has a PNY 256GB SDXC for $29 after bundle rebates today. I didn't even know they went over 128. Man you could put some major shovelware on that thing. Can you imagine cycling through that with a Sky?

Not really... Have 4 of em.

The Samsung Evo seems indeed to be faster by roughly ~2MB for Evo.
But I don't know SanDisk never let me down so far. When you got a Class 10 card I don't think it will really matter for Playing if you got that extra 2 MB or not.
Both cards are equally well with SanDisk having the advantage of being tested and well known but I think either way both are great.

yes but once you try to play it it gives you a error message i think this is mainly due to the fact its a "world" game in which it has almost every mainstream Language

samdisk also have imitations/"upgraded" cards, whereas with samsung, they provide a sort of product-key that you can verify the legitimacy of the card, making it a first-glance safer option, but it's also nice that they go that extra length to give you peace of mind so to speak.
