Do the reseller websites even accept returns & refunds for the card? I see a lot of photos of opened cards next to their 3DS in this thread. Would majorly suck if gateway cancelled the release or pushed it back future couple of months.

If we really want them to take notice we're gonna have to hit them where it counts. the wallet. We should boycott buying any more gateways till they talk or release the update. it's the only way to get any notice from them. If we hold their profits hostage they will have to talk.
