It's easier that it seems to "damage" the company for this behavior. Stop talking about the release until the update is out (whenever it will be). No more free marketing for those guys until they don't take a professional approach with customers. The official forum stopped on about 90 pages of discussion. Only here we have the hypetrain. If people don't talk about the topic, the topic simply doesn't exist to masses. In the worst case who already purchased the card will wait for the release but at least no more vaporware will be generated about (not respected) release dates.

I already told you guys. The real exploit is done with a hammer. Just tap your 3DS really hard on the top screen, harder and harder until you see 'Gateway 3.2Hack' on the screen. Then you need to poor some oil on it (not too much) and set it ablaze.

After you've finished washing it, free ROMz will be loaded on your 3ds.

It's still in beta stage, so I am not responsible for any damages, sorry.

It's already been established that the firmware is finished,but they haven't finished the servers for the payload. You'd end up with a firmware that tries to download nothing and still not be able to use your GW.

There is not such a thing as a major last minute bug.
Any bug that occurs shortly before release is/should be easy to fix. The fixing of major bugs is what happens while you write the program, not 5 minutes before you release it.

lol i didnt mean that literally as in they found a bug a min before launch.

There IS such a thing as a major last minute bug and they can sometimes take weeks to fix.
I've worked on code that's 10 years old before that we were still getting told by customers that they'd found a bug.

Just look at all the bug fixes Windows and MacOS still gets years after release. Major last minute bug fixes can and do happen.

I'm thinking that you're probably right. The servers are a big deal because if they cannot keep up and end up sending back bad data, you may get a brick.
