The blue card has been blocked for a long time. There is a risky way to unblock it, but if you want gba roms you should invest in a supercard dstwo.

Risky? I heard it was just using a certain cia file. And if we were to get the blue card working then we could use multikernel to load GBA ROM's, right?

Its risky to install it on sysnand, yes.

My brain understands the situation, unlike you worried about spending money. If money were the issue than waiting for the release of the update should've been the better choice. Instead you went ahead and purchased and are now waiting like the rest of us. Even worst, are mad because you weren't included in there testing QA stages, poor you, and you, and you and oh you too.

Yeah I purchased the card right after the video was revealed because that sold me on support for 9.2, yes I got lucky on Sunday and updated to 9.2 before the rollout on Monday of 9.3, yes I'm also waiting for the update for 9.0-9.2. Why am I not freaking out or feeling disappointed or frustrate and not filling this specific thread up with all of that? BECAUSE I HAVE A FUCKIN LIFE AND A DOG WHO PLAYS CATCH PLUS THE UPDATE IS OUT OF MY HANDS. Its so much better than sitting here typing up how frustrated you are about a release that isn't released.

It's been confirmed by sonyUSA (a beta tester i guess) that this update for the time being will not include emunand.

We don't know if emunand will be available on the upcoming update, but definitely don't install it on sysnand since it messes with a system blacklist.
