For some reason, GW used to throw around an estimation date for their releases. What happened? Last thing they said was "Very Close" ..

I honestly think they're ready to launch anything this weekend. What they showed us looked so complete it's almost bollocks lol.

Kohoi, we must look at what is left to do. We saw that the gateway is functional. However we weren't shown it working in detail. Saves/Emunand are probably the two main things they are working out. But like they said, they're close and probably working around the clock. They are time poor. If they break the news early it will be frontpage, everyone updates their current systems and gateways sell out. But I'm still hanging around checking their site repeatedly, lol.

It would make sense that it could be the saves that are lacking. They would release a beta as soon as its functional enough.

My guess:
The Gateway team is currently partying in a limousine rolling down the Las Vegas strip. As the team laughs about how much SKY3DS sucks, and hi-fives one another over how excellent the update is, the color suddenly drains out of Billy-Bob, the lead programmer.

"What's wrong, Billy-Bob?", asked a team member. Billy-Bob, looking as if he's seen a ghost replies: "uh...guys...did we actually update the website?". "Of course we did! People are, as always, enjoying it! I mean, they'd be going crazy if we didn't". "But...we haven't been on the internet since we left for Vegas".

The limousine suddenly screeches to a halt.

"FUCK! WE FORGOT TO UPDATE THE WEBSITE! WE FORGOT TO UPLOAD THE UPDATE!"
