And the list goes on and on...

Actually its not that bad when you think about it, you just have to be careful and keep in mind a couple of things. The best way to get used to it is to backup your emunad and mess with it combined with a tiny cia.
The only real downside is the inability to access eshop which in my book has zero significance since all the title updates are obtainable via a .cia file. Its far more convenient to install .cia files then not to - be it the space or simply being able to use GW on multiple devices
