Because the Wii ran everything in kernel mode. If the 3DS did that, then Ninjhax would have been able to enable piracy.

To me get my GATEWAY 3DS today. I have to wait because I have 9.2.0-20U. The fact is that when I type the two cards (red and blue) me nothing appears on the 3DS. I say this because I have an R4 card long ago and when I put on the 3DS shows the image of a game. I think the logo of a game should appear but not function.

That's normal?

Is there any way to check which cards I bought work perfectly?
