You cannot install devmenu on sysnand. they sowed devmenu in the video. Guess where they installed it

That was in the sysNand because when they closed/exit from
Super Smash Bros the console didn't restart to systemNand

I don't think games that do the memory reallocation (Sm4sh, MH4, 4G) "restart" on the New 3DS.

If the gw3ds wasn't in front of the firmware version doesn't mean it wasn't in emunand.

No, they dont. Source: I have one.

N3DS has more RAM and as such the system does not need to flush the system memory to run Smash Bros.

Huh? I'm pretty sure you can run .cia games regardless of if you're in Emunand, as long as you're in Gateway mode.

Huh? I'm pretty sure you can run .cia games regardless of if you're in Emunand, as long as you're in Gateway mode.

Actually that's true as long as the files are properly signed. Some games do work but I don't see how you would operate a cia like devmenu in sysnand without proper clearance. That being said I'm pretty sure emunand is gonna be included., not because of what I wrote above but because it's a kernel exploit.

If I want to play e-shop games, do I really need to install them as cia's or can I just play them straight from the card?
I still have the 2Gig original sd card that came with the original 3ds and have a 32 gig micro sd.

That doesn't say that it has emunand. That's one of their "avoid the question" answers again. They've just said you'll have everything you need to play online. Maybe they've got a different method this time.

I guess not confirm anything until it's 100% tested. You wouldn't want to claim it has a feature before release and then find a bug which means it won't work.

Thinking it's not going to be released after they confirmed straight up it'll be out before jan 5th is a little bit too pessimistic.
