Here in Portugal we open them at midnight. Its actually nice and cool, we're all having a hearty dinner and at midnight we open them.

It's tradition over here to open the presents in the afternoon at Dec 24th. Don't ask me why it is like that, but as we can see, other countries also have their own way of celebrating Christmas.
