U know what would solve about 99% of 3ds problems?
1. nintendo makes all 3ds and games region free.
2. nintendo gives us 3ds source code so we can hack it easily

Thats a possibility too, but if thats true and everything is going smooth as silk, they should just either stop saying that their aiming is Christmas (if they know that they aren't going to make it in time) or just put the 9.0 9.2 at least as a tease/deference for the agony of the waiting

I don't think just "putting out the 9.0 9.2" release is a possibility, if it's working from an exploit on all FWs then it'd likely work on all FWs and they'd have to physically prevent it from working on lower FWs to release a 9.0 9.2 only patch.
I'd wager that "adding support for lower versions every day" is nothing much more than ensuring the exploit works correctly on all FWs and ironing out any FW-specific bugs that arise, which is why they use the term "rushing" the product, it's likely simply not ready for release because the exploit is untested on lower FWs, it's one thing to release a patch that works only on 7.0-9.2 It's another thing to release a patch that could possibly brick anything below 7.0.

Obviously this is pure conjecture, but it explains why they haven't released it before christmas to capitalize on the holiday.

Cuz Xmas time is most prob not feasible due to family reunion time or private time of the sort. Very rarely will you hear of someone who WILLINGLY spends Xmas to produce something.

Yeah if they say that I wouldn't have had any problem, I would just sit, relax and enjoy some Scrooged and Christmas carol movies, but they keep using words like corner and yet, like there is an actual possibility of winning the lottery because let's be honest this is even harder than winning the real thing

So with the Gateway, games that can play online work online correct?

With the current gateway (omega 2.7 + 4.5 3DS) you just have to make sure your .3ds is patched with a header, which is very easy to do. Then you can play online.

With the new update which is supposed to come out (cough cough...), we don't know anything about it yet. Like I said before the video might be fake. When was the last time you watched a movie where every shot was "real" and wasn't edited?

And even if you assume the video is real, it's a very fishy video. For example, in every game they showed, they didn't even play it. They just show the title screen. Maybe playing the game (ex. saving) doesn't work. Also they had the wifi switch off the whole time, so it's possible online won't work.

Also you know how on Emunand, in system settings it says GW3D 9.x.xx ? Well gateway can easily change "GW3D" to say "Ver" to trick us. BTW this new update, if it does come out, might not even have emunand

Also the video claims they have cia support, but they never show devmenu importing the cia. The new super mario bros wrapped gift box was just there.... how did it get there? who knows

Which would mean they got Emunand working on New3DS, which ships with higher than 4.5

You could at least try and convince people to buy a Sky.

IF( and that is a big IF) then GW would lose all creditably they have earned so far. What do they really have to gain from doing something like that? Sure they will gain a large chunk of money NOW but a few months from now....that is the issue. No they will deliver as they have proven to do so in the past. We just have to wait....and wait >.>
