This goes on all the time for example what Modchipcentral is doing with the Wiikey U. They took preorders and actually charged customers CC and six months later can't deliver. So they want a 25% restocking fee to cancel your order. That's right 25% for a product that does not exist.

Easy peezy, call in to credit card company and explain that the product was never delivered and they are claiming a restocking fee, you want to file a dispute. After you file, ask them to send you a new cc. Done.

People need to know the advantages and disadvantages of using paypal, sometimes they work for you but most of the time they don't. Thats why the majority of my orders I use cc.

im fine waiting to have support for gateway on all f.w up to and including 9.2.0-20. these guys are the true pioneers of the flashcart and quality product phenomenon. and they keep us informed which is great customer care too, these guys get a lot of stick around here but they're working so hard
