Hacking Gateway 3DS working on the New Nintendo 3DS.

If you were to buy a gateway today before the 9.0-9.2 update hits, and your 3DS is 9.2, would that mean it's possible you won't be able to update the gateway to support the higher fw and would need someone with 4.5 to do it? Sorry if this has been discussed already

I think GW said that you don't need older firmware device to update your gateway card. You just update it from your computer.

Random question. I'd like to get the game save off my pokemon omega ruby to the rom version once gateway releases the 9.x.x update. I've been looking for what I need in order to transfer the save and I did see the r4i save dongle, but has anyone had any experience transferring save files from retail carts to rom saves for 3ds games?

I think we will all be rightly disappointed if it didn't come within December. My hype however, will not waiver.

use save data filer to dump it, then you can re-import it on a 9.x system once the update is out

...i would say reasonable would be like 2 weeks........so maybe 2 weeks max, or maybe they just trolling the hype train and they gonna release tomorrow when we least expect it

People have to right to complain if they already purchased it. It's kinda like the launch of Diablo 3, you bought the thing, you want to use it as soon as possible. A month or longer is a pretty long time, I'll probably start flipping if it's mid January.

Wouldn't you need a 4.x system on gateway to do this though? I only have a regular 3ds xl on 9.2 and a n3ds xl on 9.0

does anyone have 365games.co.uk email because their contact page is not working and I don't know how to contact them to ask if they ship N3DS outside of UK, because on the N3DS page they don't state that they don't ship it outside of UK

People do some shocking complaining here. Gateway owe you nothing remember. They state not to update all the time and you complain because emunand doesn't work when you do update.
Waiting on an update for a month is fine in this case, its not like diablo 3 as someone else said as the gateway worked as it should and still does on the correct firmware. They could have stopped support long ago.
