these is other speculation tho, that since they showed devmenu on a NEW 3ds, that emunand would have to be working because you can not use devmenu from sysnand. unless there is some type of patch but i dont see that being what they didI take that with a grain of salt though. By "features" they may just mean the feature he was asking them about in a hurried email to get him off their back. I'd love emuNAND support, but their video does not show it on the page yet. Perhaps that's what the big delay is.
Check the video again, at the end they show system version and it does not have GW in front of the version number which may mean they are in SysNAND... Unless they could not change the number in emuNAND and there's no way to verify if you're in GW mode or not.
I think its the latter, there might be no way to change it is what i think, but for them to have devmenu on a sysnand, even if it was possible, would be super risky to even do on a new 3ds i doubt they want to brick systems
mine 3DS just came in with 9.0.0-20 . I only noticed that it has a yellowish glow in contradiction with the normal 3dshmmmm weird....favoritism?
as in ....glow in the dark
....nah if you mean the screen try turning off power saving mode....messes with the coloursnah, in know some old 3dss had it too. I had 2 old 3ds (one with the yellow tint and one with the "cool blue". some people like the cool more and some the yellow), it is normal i guess, and barely notable. something like this:as in ....glow in the dark

yeah i think mine is more cool blue....my normal XL is a yelloey one........anyway fun fact with head tracking on look away from the 3ds and look back and it tries to give you a epeleptic fit......its kinda annoying that every-time you look away for a second the 3D spasses out when you look back, i thought i was imagining things at first

3DS LL or New 3DS LL?
If it's a 3DS LL it can be any firmware, however if it's a New 3DS LL users reported it being firmware 8.x so you'll have to update if you wanna use gateway.
"aiming for christmas" is the same thing as "soon" as far as gateway's concerned. they'll take as much time as they want
