There isn't any game that come out right now worth to pirate, why not go back and play what you had brought.
Or you just buy your 3DS in hope for piracy and have no game come with it like me?

I have an Australian N3DS, but I want to play games like Shantae [USA] and 戦乱カグラ 真紅 [JPN].

Gateway is the only solution that offers Region-Free.

nah im enjoying my n3ds with my already owned games......but i would still like to actually have the FW.....i also have a 4.x console, so im in no mad rush for it, but seeing as i have been playing about with NSMB2 level hacks and stuff it would be nice not to switch between the 2 consoles......plus i can't get any title updates on my n3ds until its released unless i update to 9.4 (which isnt going to be happening )

but for people who don't have a 4.x console and are sitting there with a completely useless gateway card atm i could imagine it would be more of a reason to get a bit impatient

Indeed. This is why I wonder if they've got someone external to the whole thing working with e-mails. Wouldn't that person have the time for it?

My 3DS Firmware update emailer is finished! Feel free to use it at http://fbs-url.co/3DS/. Upon signup for it you will receive an email with a link that you can click (or paste in a browser) to remove your email from the mailing list. You will receive an email whenever a new firmware is found.

Won't use it but I'll give my thanks for keeping the forum up to date with firmware releases. Its people like you who do things out of generosity that keeps the scene alive.
