In many unproffesional businesses the marketing and operations departments have completely different goals and directives. I have been there. Sales manager: sell, sell, sell no matter what the cost even if you have to sleep with the customer. I had a boss once tell me he didn't expect me to actually do it, but pretend it was a possibility. Operations is all about product integrity at all costs.

Usually marketing wins and I expect nothing less from an "illegitiment" enterprise. All those emails came from sales. They did their job. This is not a failure of the "Gateway Team", the blame lies at the very top for creating the environment for this to happen.

This is reason enough to dismiss the email saying May, I think.
They've been so hell bent on "soon" "around the corner" "A few days" etc. that they have no conceivable reason to suddenly turn around and say "Lol nah it's coming in May"

Someone just posted a probably fake email that says Gateway will be releasing in May. That's why.

You people are all stupid to believe all this speculation over this 48hrs, blah, blah. It will be out when it is ready simple as that and I already said in my earlier posts in here about GaryOPA and his shady practices, who is not to be trusted.

If it is true and it is delayed, it will most likely be obfuscating the code to make it harder for clones, such as, MT to not copy it and also debugging multiple scenarios to ensure it dont brick consoles like the last time, as it is most likely been programmed from the ground up, plus other stuff testers may have found.
