Hacking Gateway 3DS working on the New Nintendo 3DS.

New 3ds EU is shipping with 9.0 that means soon a game will have 9.0 on it my guess is citizens of earth.

looks like Nintendo don't really care about Gateway if they're going to inject 10's of thousands of N3DS consoles with 9.0 firmware into the EU market.
