What cracker said. And... With a sky you will need to update to the latest FW to get eshop, updates, dlc, play newest games. There is no going back to gateway. Sky is not headache free either, evidence: all the sky posts in this sub.

Well I think it is unlikely that I my reseller would exchange my card for another one , what else could I try? Upgrading back to 9.2? Downgrade again?

You said it worked on 9.2 so I would upgrade back to that and get it working. All my systems are on 9.x.

I honestly dont know what is wrong with your card. Weird how it is behaving.

You must have purchased the card from a non official reseller because all of them I am aware of offer some kind of warranty. Otherwise they would just cagey charge backs from the credit card companies. I wouldn't put up with that shit without a fight.

Oh, you have a U.S. Flag on your profile I didn't know you were in Mexico. Never used eBay Mexico but the threat of negative feedback usually gains cooperation on eBay, even the Chinese sellers. As well as PayPal. But do whatever you want.

Restore the name.bin file you created by backing up sysnand.

One quick question: is there such a thing as a flash card overload? Because that is what the reseller is argumenting that I did and why is not offering an exchange :/ which I think is BS. He is saying that I left my 3DS connected to the ac power and this caused a short circuit on the card

Any feedback on this?

Try installing Ultra 3.0 first, verify, than update to the latest Ultra.

The latest firmware download there is suddenly 3.0.3 again but even that one is offline... I still have the following firmwares:

Glad I kept backups of them.. Really am confused to see that their site is broken like this... Please don't let it be some bad omen...

Upgrades probably...I have ask lemanuel to see if he can host it from the scmods site. Maxconsole is the official site for GW anyways.

Link for the oldest FW i've found is 3.0.1, here http://www.3dsinfo.com/show.php?id=567

Make sure you check the md5 of the launcher.dat which should be e0ff8190328260491e3eb96de3686359 according to GW's site.

Complete bullshit which he is making up. You should not accept that. Carts can only get 3.3 volt through 1 pin I thought ( and if it was possible some people on gbatemp would have managed to do that )

It should, you'll need to update to the 3.0 firmware, boot into GW mode and hit select to see if the rom loader comes up.

From there update to 3.1.1, or whatever the latest is.
