Is it possible to play a EUR games online if I'm playing it on a USA 3DS? I read somewhere that applying a US private header to the EUR game, you can play it online with a USA 3DS. Any input on this matter would help greatly, thanks!

I'm on a JP 9.2 n3ds system and I was able to play MH4 US CIA online no problems. You just need to 1) get the CIA updates for the region you game is of 2) check if there's any issues with accepting the EULA. If there is, then you need to get the CONFIG.CSU file from the leaked 3DS SDK, rename it to .3ds, open with GW on EMUNAND, go to EULA settings and set the agreement version to ff.ff. that did the trick for me, but of course I won't assure you a thing and it's your duty to have backups of both NANDs
