This is not Gateway's problem, it's your problem.

They provided a method for you to dump your cartridge, along with a tool to allow you extract the header from that dump and inject it into a pirated ROM. Their obligation ends there.

It was you who decided to use a public header, one that thousands of other pirates are using.

That's on you, take responsibility for your stupid decisions.

ontopic - Id like to see if this could be used as a possible exploit, but the chances are Gateway asked you on how to replicate it so have it as a candidate, I highly doubt it will lead to anything. Interesting though nevertheless.

I would like to say that he should remove his video form YouTube while keeping an original copy on his PC. I mean, you'll never know when Nintendo's ninjas will sneak up behind you.

Other than that, this has some lovely potential for Gateway to hack the New3DS on 9.4 (or 9.5)

Just about every public header tutorial has a warning about this in big, bold letters.

They warned the ppl, everyone said that using public header could be a way for Nintendo to have a ban hammer on their butts, also if you didn't know about it it's because you never got the info about it in every tutorial about how to connect online with 3ds games with gateway, so it's completely your fault, also gateway doesn't care about you and it's sad how your post develop as you are the poor thing that got banned, grow up and accept the consequences of your own actions

This thread accomplished its purpose, Dosseum wanted to know if he should give the info to gateway or keep it for him.
I guess he made his decision by now as asked for this thread to be deleted/closed.
You can only wait for gateway to announce if N3DS is supported or if it can't be used.
