Unless somebody finds a method to spoof a different MAC address on the 3DS, a banned console will stay banned. Any possible solution is surely several months off, at a minimum.

I would like to say that he should remove his video form YouTube while keeping an original copy on his PC. I mean, you'll never know when Nintendo's ninjas will sneak up behind you.

Other than that, this has some lovely potential for Gateway to hack the New3DS on 9.4 (or 9.5)
