Hey guys,
I wanted to get a discussion started on modifying save files and cheats for the 3DS.
Considering this big update, the next step from my perspective would being able to tinker with parts of the system.
I know there is a homebrew scene going around in the background at the moment.
I would reckon modifying saves shouldn't be too hard, because the 3ds save files (loaded into the SD card) are hexadecimal yeah? For example theoretically I should be able to extract a save for say Pokemon X and then modify it in an editor and add it back in.
Then there's cheats. I'm not sure if those are feasible though, I'm not sure how you'd load cheats in.
Thoughts?
