Squash normally (I have a 3 litre bottle with me at pretty much all times). Failing the a or three carton of orange or apple juice. (I can go without food, speaking to people and sleep but I try not drinking and there really is no point to me even trying).

Eating wise Maoam do a giant bag of sweets (alas the only place I found pinballs by themselves was Holland which is a bit far just for sugary goodness).
Biscuits (Garabaldi, malted milk and fig rolls have a special place here)
Sandwiches (normally with dead animal and salad cream)
Peanuts (should I drink that much I need something to up the salt)
Fruit (either by itself or in smoothie form, what fruit I like is another topic in an of itself)

I don't eat when I'm gaming, unless I'm really bored in a game, trying to get through a level or something, then I'll dine on some simple crisps.

.. and pretzels.

edut: that Sobe Gold stuff is really good too, and cheaper than Red Bull.

My drinks of choice: Vault, Bawls, Jolt Cola (THE soft drink of the elite hacker), that really expensive cinnamon tea they sell at Starbucks. I drink pre-mixed vodka+cranberry juice or homebrew mead when I'm looking to get sideways while I play.

My foods of choice: Whatever isn't sticky or greasy. Rice crackers are what I'm eating currently. Chocolate covered espresso beans are another favorite when I need some sweets.
