Hahaha, thanks, of course I don't! It's nice to give this wonderful feature some support, it deserves it! :)

Why don't put all text in an external file to let us translate it?
I want to translate into spanish since a long time but i don't like the method to do it at the moment

I got A LOT of gameboy images, so I'll soon edit this post with new borders, to add to the Sizednochi's ones...

EDIT: Already uploaded them here http://gbatemp.net/threads/gameyob-a-gameboy-emulator-for-ds.343407/page-39#post-4625034

Some are official gameboys, but most of them are custom paintings, and artistic creations ( there's also one made of wool :P)

Since I need to go back to study, I'll probably post them here tomorrow though..

Now that would be great! I just edited my post with other model as well, and one of my favorites to boot.

On the topic of selectable borders, it sure would be nice to fill a folder with them and select instead of renaming and moving. Thankfully I can do that on the DS with a file manager homebrew, so that helps a lot.

Turn off SGB mode and it will work fine. I've noticed this bug with a few games in SGB mode like Castlevania legends. If you want the SGB borders start the game in SBG mode then turn off SGB mode and reset using the GBC BIOS to get the color palate. Interestingly when you restart the game the SGB border will still be there as long as you have kept SGB borders on

Are there any S/GB/C games that use the save area as temporary storage? I know this is used in some GBA stuff which is why auto-saving wasn't simple to do there.

By auto SAV I was thinking something that would work with the clock in the DS and do a kind of real time save at timed intervals like every twenty minutes

In the Pokemon Trading Card 2 game, for example, if I reset the game (not the DS) during a battle, I can start the game again starting from my previous save point, or in the same spot where I was in the battle when I last reseted...

Something like that would be possible in some way, but when reseting the DS itself or the GameYob? ...I think that would be a pretty good auto SAV then..
A save only during, lets say, 20 min., would open the possibility for some progress near the end of the playtime not being saved...

Yes, Wario Land 3 stores its level layout in sram. It does make sense, since you can save within a level, and tiles can be modified by Wario's actions. I was experimenting with autosaving a while back, I couldn't get it working very nicely. Every time I took a few steps in Wario Land 3 it froze for a second. I don't remember exactly how I implemented it but I had to fopen() and fclose() the file every time it autosaved for the save to be written properly.
A gameboy, and gameboy color emulator. Gameboy Color FTW.

IIRC other emulators have waited until there were no writes to SRAM for a period of time (say, 5 seconds), and then do the file writing.

I was using the official v0.3, but turns out I was using a corrupted ROM file. Sorry about that.
I'd like to mention that NiFi works EXCELLENT on the 1st gen Pokemon games. :yay:
