Hacking Gameyeeeah

Im not sure if I did the best thing possible...

LONG STORY:

I decided to purchase the R4DS from this website, and I paid for the TNT express plus insurance.
But its right now pending, which I read from their forums that it meant that the payment didnt go through. I paid with paypal, so I know it went through cause I checked my card and it was charged.

I sent like couple emails so far, and no response.

I would normally take it to their forums, but they wont authorize my account so I cant even post. And no emails returning. So theres basically no way to contact them.

I know its pretty much a rare occurance (i think) seeing how gbatemp has so many users that ordered and gave good reviews to gameyeeeah. But Im thinking that A. they are purposely withholding any info until they get more in stock (even though it says they have R4DS in stock) B. they completely shut down the site (read the other topics how ESA is cracking down on sellers.

SHORT STORY:
a. paid for R4DS and it said it was available
b. bought it from gameyeeeah as it was the site most ppl were recommending
c. no emails returned or answered


It seems as if the gameyeeeah ppl answer ppls questions on this forums rather than answering emails directly sent to them.

Should I just wait it out for a month ?

Did you happen to return to their site after going through paypal?

(Please note that you should give it a day for the paypal payment to go through)

My account on gameyeeeah has the order and status of the item. So Im pretty sure I returned back after paying through paypal. Plus my credit card has the charge when I checked my bills online.

But Il give it a day and wait it out and see if they do anything to help me out.

Out of respect Il do a follow up.

They replied to my pms and said they received the payment and will ship it out.

Also, they said they are having a Christmas Promotion, and the R4DS product is in stock as well as the other popular backup devices.

So overall the thing I forgot was, Im in USA, they are in China, huge time zone difference. So it was entirely my fault, as I emailed them while they were sleeping etc.

So there is no need to worry about the reviews on gameyeeeah website stating that the product they ordered is out of stock even though it states that it is available.

But then my next question comes, after reading the RMAs in the forums at gameyeeeah, it seems like the biggest problem so far is the spring attachment.

Is the R4DS spring causing anybody problems, and is there any safe way to fix it yourself without resorting to shipping it back? The reviews on gbatemp didnt mention any forseeable hardware problems like the spring.
