Gaming Games listed twice in eShop, and can be purchased multiple times

Specifically, RTO 2 and RTO 3 are listed twice. I have included screenshots of the games being listed in the search, as well as a screenshot and camera pic showing my download history having RTO listed twice. I mistakenly purchased it twice on sale on two separate occasions.

Does anyone know the difference between the listings?

Looks like those games have both O3DS-compatible and N3DS-only versions, and it's kind of weird that the first RTO game doesn't have a version for O3DS, apparently.

That makes sense, and I just checked and you are correct. I can't believe I didn't notice it before.
The only question left is why is one version one sale but the other isn't? However, I bet that is just some weird thing, and I don't expect an answer here about that.
