How to reproduce
1.Start Cemu and enable Options=>Separate GamePad View and close Cemu
2.Start it again and you will see that the gamepad window also appear(this is normal)
3.Run any game and you will see that the gamepad window is displaying only part of the image(like it is zoomed)
If you maximize the window you will see that the visible part is just a square at the bottom left at the size of the main window in the size it was when you start cemu
If you close the gamepad view window and open it again,the window will be displayed properly
Also if you close it and open it again before running a game,it will also be displayed properly
It was working fine on 1.15.7
