I believe there are about 8 Wii translations, and 6 of them were done by @Brand Newman! Much thanks for your time and effort you put into these projects.

This is the current list of GameCube translations, not necessarily done by us.
High-priority projects:
Donkey Konga 3 - most of menu & game is translated, except for Dixie's Notes and buyable items.
Kururin Squash! - successfully located all text files and game is mostly translated. Polishing up custom textures.
Giftpia - working on completing and polishing
HomeLand - working on completing and polishing
Animal Crossing e+ - 70%? (Cuyler)
Nintendo Puzzle Collection - translated by Kafke, only Panel de Pon 64
"The Legend of the Quiz Tourment of Champions" (The Legendary Quiz Championship) - uses same formats as Nintendo Puzzle Collection
Easy projects:
The Tower of Druaga - already in English. Needs translated banner/icon/comment, region change.
Metal Gear Solid Bonus Disc - very little text
Anything not mentioned I don't have a strong interest in / not informed.
I want to help translate one of these, or a different GameCube game. What do I need to do?
Message me, lemme know the game, and get the following tools.
A Japanese text editor. It will turn the weird ASCII text into Japanese text.
A TPL editor, converter etc, whatever your preference. Switch Toolbox is highly recommended.
TXG to TPL converter. TXG is a package of multiple TPL's, used in Kururin Smash
gcr (GameCube Rebuilder), edit files in .iso's
some program to make patches (instead of distributing the rom..)
