I know for a fact that there exists software somewhere on the internet to convert GameCube saves between NTSC and PAL, but every link I've found to it has been dead.
Can someone provide me with a link to it that actually works?
And don't just tell me to go in there with a Hex editor; I don't have that kind of technical ability.
