    according to the review it randomly corrupts save data which is to be expected of third party memory cards (and knockoff's)

    imo you should just spend the extra cash and get a first party

    there is also a 59 block for real cheap if you dont wanna spend that much money on a 251 block card

    Or for the same price as the 251 block Nintendo card, get 4x as much storage with this MadCatz card, which has 1019 blocks. Got mine locally at one of the chain video game stores and haven't had any problems with it. I think the problems come from cards that use some sort of compression, like some of the Dreamcast cards did.

    The advantage with getting a third-party card is that you are able to put saves onto it via hombrew.

    I can vouch for that, I had this memory card, worked like a charm, $8 for 1000 blocks. You gotta love dealextreme, eh?
