    Hi guys,

i got a problem with booting gamecube games. I use Neogamma R8 beta 14 and installed MIOS rev4. But i only hear the sound of the game and i just have a black screen [IMG]. I'm trying to boot resident evil 2 for the gamecube!

You might need to use NTSC or PAL settings for your video mode

Disable any Priiloader/StartPatch hacks involving region-free Wii or GCN games. They tend to eff with GCN playback.

There are 2 different GC loaders, Waninkoko's and WiiGator's, sadly at the moment you can't use both with the same cMIOS(that will change with Waninkoko's next cMIOS)

    WiiGator:
Install WiiGator's cMIOS and use his loader or NeoGamma R9 beta(internal GC mode) to launch the games. NeoGamma R9 beta is my attempt at improving the GC loading, i hope it doesn't break anything.

    Waninkoko:
Install Waninkoko's cMIOS and use a "regular" way to boot GC games. That would be loading from disc channel(cioscorp!) or loading with NeoGamma and MIOS GC mode.

Waninkoko's cMIOS has the advantage to be compatible with retail GC discs as well.
